We’re releasing the first version of the AI call assistant. It answers calls when you or your engineers can’t pick up, and turns every request straight into a complete customer record.
What’s new
- Urgency detection: the assistant can tell the difference between a leak happening right now and a no-obligation quote request, and gives urgent jobs priority.
- Automatic customer record: name, address, phone number and the request are filed in the right place straight away, linked to the property.
- Callback notes: you can see at a glance who called and what about, so you call back with the full picture.
