After hanging up, the call has a title, a short summary and a list of facts: what the problem is, at which address and what was agreed. The caller's number decides which customer it is filed with.

Do I need a new phone number?
No. You connect the business number you already have. Flixer Pro connects to your existing VoIP account and forwards calls to the phones you list.
What happens to a call nobody answers?
A missed call is logged too, with the caller's number and the customer it belongs to. So you can see who to call back, even though nothing was transcribed.
Can I read back exactly what was said?
