What does Flixer Pro cost?
Regular pricing starts at €65 per month. Pay six months upfront and the effective price starts at €52 per month. Every plan includes a 14-day free trial with no credit card, monthly cancellation, and no implementation or setup fee.
Who is Flixer Pro for?
Installation and construction businesses in the Netherlands, from sole traders to larger organisations, including plumbers, electricians, HVAC businesses, painters and contractors.
How does the AI call assistant work?
Incoming calls are recorded and transcribed automatically, then matched to the right customer record. The request appears in your inbox with the address and a written transcript, so a call you could not answer still becomes a job you can quote.
Does Flixer Pro work with my accounting software?
Yes. Flixer connects to Exact Online, Moneybird, Yuki, Twinfield, e-Boekhouden and WeFact, and handles online payment through Mollie and Stripe.
Can I use Flixer Pro on site?
Yes. Job sheets are filled in on the phone at the job, with photos, extra work and the customer's signature, and sync straight back to the office.
Is there a mobile app?
Yes, on both iOS and Android. Plan work, log hours, send quotes and handle calls from the van, against the same customer records the office sees.
Can the AI actually do the work, or does it just report on it?
It does the work. Flixer's AI drafts quotes and invoices on its own, handles incoming client requests, books appointments with customers, and keeps track of jobs as they move.
