2BA is the central article database for the Dutch installation and construction sector: manufacturers and wholesalers submit their product and article data there to fixed standards. Flixer Pro reads that data, so you can look an article up instead of typing it out. You see the description, the article number, the assortment price, availability and who the article belongs to. Traffic runs one way: Flixer Pro reads from 2BA and writes nothing back. The connection to 2BA is Flixer Pro's, so you need no membership of your own.

Where you use it
In the four places you would otherwise be typing article numbers. Building a quote, you look the article up and the line fills itself in. On the job sheet, the engineer adds what was actually used. Your article list holds what you use often. And in purchasing you prepare the order from the job, with the right numbers and quantities.
How to switch the 2BA integration on
Short, because there is little to configure: the connection to 2BA runs through Flixer Pro.

Open Settings, Integrations
Sign in to Flixer Pro, go to Settings, then Integrations, and switch 2BA on. Only owners and admins can do that.

Look an article up
From then on you search by name or article number in a quote, on a job sheet or in your article list.

Pick the article
You choose the right article and the line fills with description, number and price. Quantities and your own margin you set as usual.
