How to set up the catalogue in Flixer Pro

Capture recurring services and materials so quotes and invoices stay consistent and faster to build.

← All how-it-works guides

In short

In Flixer Pro you fill a catalogue with services and materials you invoice often. You reuse those lines on quotes, job sheets and invoices — including VAT per line. Not a live stock module as a core claim; faster, consistent documents. From €65/month.

Step by step

  1. 01

Open the catalogue or price list

Go to where products, services or fixed lines are managed.

  2. 02

    Add your most-used services

Think call-out fees, labour hours, standard maintenance visits or common installs.

  3. 03

    Add materials you invoice often

Store items with a clear description and unit — without claiming Flixer tracks live warehouse stock.

  4. 04

    Set VAT per line

Choose 9% or 21% (or the correct rate) per line so splits on quotes and invoices stay correct.

  5. 05

Use the lines on a test quote

Create a draft quote and add catalogue lines to check prices and wording.

  6. 06

Keep the list short and current

Start with the top 20 lines you use weekly; expand when you still free-type too often.

A short, sharp catalogue saves more time than an endless price list.

Focus on what you invoice weekly — labour, call-outs, standard materials — and let AI and the office build on that.

Frequently asked questions

Is this stock management?

No. The catalogue is a price and description list for documents. Flixer Pro does not claim live warehouse stock as a core product.

Does this help the AI?

Yes. Draft quotes and invoices get better when fixed lines and prices already sit in the catalogue.

Can I edit lines later?

Yes. Adjust prices or text; already-sent invoices stay historically intact.
