Step by step
- 01
Open the completed job or accepted quote
Go to the record where the job sheet, materials and extras already sit — that is the basis of your invoice lines.
- 02
Create the invoice from the job
Turn the work into an invoice. Check lines, VAT rates (e.g. 9%/21% where relevant) and customer details.
- 03
Check catalogue lines and amounts
Use fixed catalogue lines where possible so descriptions and prices stay consistent across jobs.
- 04
Send the invoice to the customer
Send it digitally. The customer can pay online via payment options on the invoice (see the payment-links guide).
- 05
Follow up outstanding invoices
Use reminders for unpaid invoices so payments keep moving.
- 06
Sync with your accounting
Connect Exact Online, Moneybird, WeFact or another supported package so you do not double-enter.
Invoicing in Flixer Pro follows the job: what is on the job sheet belongs on the invoice.
Then connect your accounting so Exact, Moneybird or WeFact see the same items — without loose spreadsheets.
