Step by step

Confirm online payments are enabled
Make sure payment integrations (e.g. Mollie/Stripe as mentioned on the site) are available and activated for your account.

Create or open the invoice
Build the invoice from the job as in the invoicing guide. Payment belongs on that invoice, not as a loose WhatsApp message.

Send the invoice with payment options
Send the invoice to the customer. On the invoice they can choose iDEAL, PayPal or credit card.

Let the customer pay
The customer completes payment online. You do not need to cut and paste a separate payment link.

Check payment status on the record
See in Flixer Pro whether the invoice is paid and chase outstanding items with reminders if needed.
