Scenario 1

Emergency leak on a Saturday night

At 19:42 on a Saturday, a homeowner calls about a leak under the kitchen sink: water is already pooling on the laminate. The call is automatically recorded and flagged as urgent in the inbox, with address and transcript attached. The engineer on call sees the report on his phone, drives over, shuts off the mains and photographs the burst coupling. The engineer works through the aerosol-forming outlets, measures temperatures on the cold and hot water sides, and logs any deviation found per outlet.
